Get away for the day to Old Orchard Beach, rejuvenate, refresh your body, mind, and spirt 10am - 4pm includes snacks, lunch and beverages. $175, $75 deposit required to secure your space.

Experience a total healing experience at a beach house at Old Orchard.  1 hr Pilates, 2 - 1/2 hr Goal/motivational and Body Awareness  lectures will be offered,  Chair massage, Table massage, Reiki Energy Healing, Intuitive reading. Full lunch will be served. Take a walk on the beach, a guided meditation will be offered as well.
